So a few weeks ago I stumbled across this Buzzfeed article appropriately titled, “These Photos Prove Exactly How Much Real Estate Photos Matter” and it went on to explain how one photographer, Harry Lim, was rephotographing houses that had been listed for sale.
One had been listed for 8 months and after he had re-shot photos of the house, it sold in 8 days.
