Full-on Fall Season Means More Reading Time

Have I ever mentioned that I currently own 58 books that I haven’t read yet?

It’s a bit of a backlog.

But I’m working on it.

Sort of.

I may also just be a book hoarder.

But we can make this benefit others too.

Here are a few that I would highly recommend adding to your reading list (a la some Instagram photo's):

1. Thrive by Arianna Huffington

An informative and easy read on how to redefine success to better your life, health and overall well-being. It goes over steps you can take to live a wholesome and enriching life, in and out of the workplace. Plus some really eye-opening facts about what an unhealthy lifestyle and work habits can do to you.

2. The War of Art by Steven Pressfield

Every person struggles with different battles that prevent us from getting work done and accomplishing our goals. This book dishes out all sorts of tips, secrets, must-know details and more when working with creativity. It’s written in short, easy to digest blurbs and can help clear up common issues all of us creatives deal with on a regular basis.

3. Is everyone hanging out without me? by Mindy Kaling

Okay this one isn’t exactly business related. It’s just a great, light-hearted, funny read that may brighten your day a little. A book of short stories of her experiences throughout childhood, growing up, working as a writer, to acting. She has this confident, humorous and entertaining voice that will keep you engaged. I actually laughed out loud a couple times.

And I’m not saying that you need to read these ASAP.

You can start your own backlog of book reading/hoarding.

It could turn out to be really life changing.

Or at the very least, educational.

If you feel like this is compelling info to share with the world, then please do so! *winky face*

Till next time,
